Quick fixes
Open the issue and follow one short fix.
Subscription link does not import
Copy the full link again from the bot. Make sure there are no spaces before or after it.
Social apps or websites do not work
Refresh the subscription in the app, then reconnect. Look for Update, Refresh, or the circular arrow icon.
VPN connects but internet does not work
Disconnect, refresh/update the subscription, then connect again. On Windows, also check System Proxy or TUN mode.
Chinese local apps are slow
Enable Smart Mode. Apps like Alipay, WeChat and Taobao will stay direct instead of going through VPN.
Traffic is used too fast
Enable Smart Mode. Local Chinese app traffic should not go through VPN.
I changed phone or app
Install the app again and import the same personal subscription link.
If it still does not work, send a screenshot to support.
Use the same InkVPN support channel where you bought or received your subscription.
